Corporate event photography helps you to document and showcase your event. The photos can be useful for promotional and marketing purposes. Our photography services cater to a wide range of corporate events, including business conferences, training sessions, team-building activities, networking events, startup gatherings, university functions, company dinners, trade shows, music festivals, and PR events. We understand that careful planning and communication are key to great event photography, and we will work closely with you to meet your exact needs. Based in Helsinki, we are available for travel nationwide in Finland.
Our Services Include:
- High-resolution photos that align with your brand.
- Access to the entire photo gallery, allowing you to select the photos you like.
- Same-day event highlights for social media upon request.
- 100 edited photos included in the half-day package, and 200 edited photos in the full-day package.
- Additional photos available at a cost of 4€/photo when pre-agreed.
- No travel costs within the Greater Helsinki area.
- A simple one-page contract to ensure clear understanding of the service and requirements.
How does it work?
- Step 1 : Send a WhatsApp message or fill out the contact form below.
- Step 2 : We understand your requirements and book the date.
- Step 3 : All pictures will be shared with you, and you can pick the ones you like.
- Step 4 : Edited versions will be delivered within the agreed time.
Pricing
- Full day session (8h): 700€ ( 200 edited photos)
- Half day session (4h): 400€ (100 edited photos)
Additional cost:
- +4€/photo for extra photos when agreed in advance
